Medicare Mental Health services provide free, confidential mental health and wellbeing support for anyone in Australia. 

Anyone can use these services, even those who have never reached out for mental health support before. You don't need a referral or appointment. 

Depending on your preferences and needs, there are different ways to access Medicare Mental Health services.

Make a free call on 1800 595 212 or request a call back from Medicare Mental Health to speak to a trained professional for advice or connection with appropriate support options that suit your needs (weekdays 8:30am-5:00pm, excluding public holidays).

Medicare Mental Health Centres provide a welcoming place where everyone can access free and confidential mental health information, services, and supports.

Visit a Medicare Mental Health Kids Hub

Medicare Mental Health Kids Hubs provide a safe and welcoming place where children aged 0 to 12 years and their families, carers, and kin, can access free mental health and wellbeing supports and services.
