Once you complete a program, you can still access your Medicare Mental Health Check In portal and program material for 3 months. If you can no longer log in, it may have been more than 3 months since you finished.
If you'd like access to your material, please submit a request to our support team.
Don't worry; this happens to all of us! If you've forgotten your password, you can reset it by going to the Sign in (opens in a new tab) page, entering your email address, selecting the 'Forgot password' link, and following all the steps that come after that.
Changing your email address doesn't change the email address currently recorded and linked to your account. For security reasons, you can't change the email associated with your account after it's set up, as it's the authentication method used to identify your account.
Here are a few things you can try:
There could be a few reasons for this: you may be using a different email address from the one you provided when registering, or you may not have been registered with Medicare Mental Health Check In yet.
If you haven't been registered yet, visit How to access our programs for step-by-step instructions on how to get started.
Your verification code may take a few minutes to arrive. Check that you have mobile reception and that your mobile number is correct, then check your blocked or filtered messages. You can also request a new code. If you still don't receive a code, contact us for support.
If you're locked out after too many incorrect password attempts, wait a while and try again, or use the 'Forgot password' option on the password screen.
If you still can't access your account, go to the Contact us page and submit your issue using the 'Account registration support' option in the dropdown.
