- Ideal if you'd like extra support or accountability
- Designed to be completed in about 6 weeks.
Self-guided
- Work through the program on your own
- Go at your own pace, whenever it suits you
- No appointments with a practitioner
- Flexible
- Option to connect with a practitioner at any point in the program if you want support
- Ideal if you prefer to work independently or want to get started quickly
- Designed to be completed in 6 weeks.
