  • Follow a more structured schedule with regular sessions
  • Ongoing support and check-ins
  • Opportunity to talk things through with a practitioner
  • Ideal if you'd like extra support or accountability
  • Designed to be completed in about 6 weeks.

  • Work through the program on your own
  • Go at your own pace, whenever it suits you
  • No appointments with a practitioner
  • Flexible
  • Option to connect with a practitioner at any point in the program if you want support
  • Ideal if you prefer to work independently or want to get started quickly
  • Designed to be completed in 6 weeks.
